The Power of Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a revolutionary technique to create powerful healing from trauma, abuse, PTSD and other hurts. If you are suffering from trauma, you may have already noticed that your body remembers and reacts to your past hurts. By noticing the bodily sensations and eye positions associated with your trauma, we can attune to the ways that your trauma are being processed in your midbrain region, even below your conscious awareness. As your therapist, my job is to help you process these sensations so that they can move through you, allowing you to heal.
The results are dramatic! I have successfully used brainspotting to help me heal from my own trauma. I love introducing this technique to others!
